Rider liaison officer says keeping first-timers safe remains priority
The high pace being set early on at TT 2023 is making it more challenging for newcomers to make their mark this year.
That's according to rider liaison officer, and newcomer coach, Richard 'Milky' Quayle after the bar at the top of the order was raised again during the latest qualifying session.
The leading competitors went over the 133mph mark during Wednesday night's session.
He says. ultimately, his priority is to make sure first-time riders remain safe whilst they look to improve their times:
TT 2026: Mike Browne enters third year with Russell Racing
TT 2026: Rhys Stephenson targeting steady progress for debut
TT 2026: DAO Racing returns with Josh Brookes at the helm
TT 2026: Nathan Harrison to race again under H&H Motorcycles banner
