Applications are open and close in May
The STEP programme which aims to connect undergraduates with local organisations for the purpose of placements over the summer period has been expanded for 2026.
Previously only open to students in their second or penultimate year of university, the expanded criteria will enable a wider range of students to take part.
The change will support students at different stages of their academic journey to develop practical skills, build confidence and enhance their employability.
Applications for the STEP programme are open and close on 1 May.
