Juan Callister is about to complete his mighty icy mission, which has seen him adding a minute of dip time in ice cold water every day of January. Tomorrow, he'll get in the sea for 31 minutes and is inviting everyone to come along. It's all to raise money and awareness for Isle Stand Up To Suicide and other mental health charities. Charity of the Week : Craig's Heartstrong Foundation

Craig's Heartstrong Foundation was originally set up by the Lunt family in memory of their 25 year old son, Craig, who died in April 2005 from a previously undiagnosed heart defect. As a result of the annual screenings they run with Cardiac Risk in the Young and the 600 defibrillators they have funded around the Island, they have saved hundreds of lives. The 'C' stands for Cure, not Cancer

BILL DALE talks rubbish! Beach Buddies 20 years on

Beach Buddies is an award winning, globally recognised charity which has been cleaning up our Island - and communities as far away as Hong Kong - for 20 years. Founder Bill Dale was even awarded the British Empire Medal in 2017 for his work protecting the marine environment. Christy DeHaven chats with Bill to find out more about the incredible journey, which started with a dog walk in Ballaugh and ended up with 22,000 volunteers armed with litter pickers.

Christy was joined on the programme today by Callum Taylor, who plays Caractacus Potts and Mike Bonner, who plays Grandpa Potts in the latest production of much loved musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the Gaiety Theatre, along with Christine Wild from the Theatre School who is producing along with her daughter Rachel from the Rachel Wild Performers Studio. Callum also sang the beautiful lullabye Hushabye Mountain live in the studio for us.
