Single legal entity needs careful consideration

The Island needs to be careful about any moves to introduce a single entity government, according to a leading advocate.

The idea is out for consultation, until the end of August.

Sir John Elvidge produced a report saying the move is necessary to end the so-called 'silo mentality".

But advocate Paul Beckett says if the move is made we would have to think about the function of the House of Keys.
