Finch Hill Young Guns set for debut campaign

Last year's snooker champions won't be defending their crown this season, which begins this evening (Wed 10).

St Olave's 'Old Skool' clinched the 2017/18 title by 12 points, but have not entered a team for the 2018/19 Macs Builders Merchants Snooker League.

There will still be the same number of teams in the division, though, as Finch Hill 'Young Guns' make their debut this campaign.

Chairman of the Isle of Man Snooker and Billiards Association, Ken Kinrade, believes the new outfit could be title contenders:
