
Harriet Pryke’s fine season continued as she made it through to the final of the 400 metres at the Aviva England under 23 and under 20 World Trials Championships at Bedford.
In cold and windy conditions against top class competition, she ran an outdoor personal best of 55.91 seconds to take third place in her heat and book her place in Sunday’s final.
