Health minister says he's working hard to ensure provisions are in place

These are the biggest challenges facing the Department of Health and Social Care ahead of implementing new abortion legislation.
Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford made the announcement in February's sitting of Tynwald, that the laws will come into force from 24 May.
The bill was first brought to Tynwald 18 months ago.
The Minister also said the entire legislation would be effective immediately rather than introducing it incrementally.
He told Manx Radio what needs to be done in the meantime:
