The President of Tynwald says she's happy to help any woman on the Island who's keen to enter politics.
More women than ever before have been voted into Parliament in the UK following the UK general election, with just under a third of the House of Commons now women.
The Island has just two women in the House of Keys, with Clare Christian herself presiding over the Island's Parliament.
Speaking on Manx Radio's "Women Today" programme this week, Mrs Christian said whilst women were taking ever more important roles in society, with the system we have on the Island, it's up to individuals to make the effort to get involved in politics:
Isle of Man inflation eases slightly to 2.8% in October
Progress on autism strategy welcomed
Paper car tax discs cost DOI £7,500 each month
