Manx Care and GNAAS agree new contract

It kicks in from April 

Manx Care and the Great North Air Ambulance Service have agreed to a new contract which will see its services continue for a further 12 months from next month. 

Manx Care will fund the service based on a per mission costing.

There was uncertainty over the service running earlier this month.

CEO Teresa Cope says she is pleased to be able to find a solution to sustain this vital partnership which will benefit the Manx community and deliver transparency of costs and value for money. 

Joe Garcia, the GNAAS CEO added the group is delighted at the continuation of this partnership.
