Capturing the essence of effective communication is the theme of a celebrity lecture at this month's Isle of Man Business Network event.
TV presenter and executive coach Sian Jones is to give members a masterclass on improving communication skills in the workplace, when the network gathers on 25 April.
Sian has presented the news on UK, US and Canadian TV networks, and is well known as lifestyle programme host on ITV.
She will outline skills and techniques members can use in speaking to colleagues, managers and clients - as well as offering tips on how to make the most of networking opportunities.
Sian's interactive talk at The Claremont Hotel in Douglas is sponsored by fiduciary and admin services firm Estera.
