The Government Officers’ Association has announced changes in its executive council after its annual general meeting earlier this week.
Outgoing Chair Paul Harper has been replaced by Stuart Highy (pictured), based at Customs and Excise, while Lynne Tyrer of the DHSS becomes the new vice-chair.
The meeting also saw a key change in the branch, with a motion allowing non civil servants to become members of the branch where their pay and terms and conditions are linked to the Civil Service.
