
Cable and Wireless says it’s preparing for the launch of the next “next generation” of mobile phone broadband.
The company announced this week it’s to spend a million pounds upgrading its 3G network, improving coverage around the Island.
But chief commercial officer Andy Bridson says the investment will also stand the firm in good stead when 4G services launch.
He explained what the next step in the technology involves:
