The Isle of Man's director of civil aviation is stepping down from the role, although he will still advise the Manx government about the industry.
Brian Johnson helped set up the Island's aircraft register and has watched it grow to its current level of 375 aircraft registered here.
He says he has gained a huge amount of personal and professional satisfaction from overseeing the register's growth and he will miss both the registry team and his clients.
