A walk to launch the Bible Society's new bilingual Manx / English edition of Luke's Gospel and a trail leaflet celebrating the translators of the Manx Bible.
A pilgrimage walk from St Matthew's church to St John's Methodist chapel, along the heritage railway trail (8 1/2 miles). We stop at various points to rest our feet and hear readings from the Bible in Manx and English. Come for all or part of the walk. Bring your own lunch; light refreshments available at the end. All welcome! Copies of the leaflet and of Luke's Gospel will be available on the day.
