'Shiaght Laa' takes us to the North Quay in Douglas and over a wider area where the Manx Gaelic wasn't spoken. Maralyn Crellin presents the programme this time. We play the games Kianglaghyn Kiaullee (Musical Connections) and Cre'n Cheer? (What's the Country?) with Daniel Quayle in 'Jamys Jeheiney'. Again as there's no specific section in the Manx Gaelic in 'Goll as Gaccan' we hear nothing from that programme (and as normal we hear nothing either from a programme which looks at the news in the Manx Gaelic, 'Traa dy Liooar', which can be heard on demand through Listen Again). In 'Claare ny Gael', the patient Renfield is taken and made secure in the asylum of Dr Seward. In Buda-Pesth, Mina Murray is with Jonathan Harker at last - and there's special news for her friend, Lucy Westenra. Another piece from the translation into the Manx Gaelic of Dracula by Bram Stoker.
