Vehicle law changes will have public input

Owners of motor homes and other large vehicles will be consulted before any changes to legislation.

That's according to Clerk of Peel Town Commissioners Derek Sewell.

More than a hundred people reportedly attended a recent public meeting in the town over concerns new laws were coming in governing where large vehicles can park.

Mr Sewell says reassurances have been given that legislation won't be amended without public input.
