Todd wins championship race on final day of Southern 100

Birchall and Rousseau take sidecar championship

Davey Todd beat Michael Dunlop by over three seconds to secure the solo championship win in the afternoon session of the 2024 Southern 100 on the final day (11 July)

The top three was rounded off by Dean Harrison who came home to finish in third in the Ellan Vannin Fuels Solo Championship Race. 

In the final race of racing on the Billown Circuit Ben Birchall and Kevin Rousseau broke the record for fastest lap on their way to claiming the Sidecar Championship trophy. 

The Honda riders dominated the last race beating the Crowe brothers. 

Elsewhere Dunlop completed a hattrick of wins in the 2024 Southern 100 in the first afternoon race as he beat Paul Jordan in the Bettridges of Foxdale Car Sales 600cc Challenge Race which takes his tally to 25 wins at the Southern 100.

Rob Hodson was declared the winner in the red flagged Bushy's Brewery Lightweight Race after three laps.
