Third straight loss for Manx side at Singlife Nations Cup
The Manx Rams netball squad have suffered a 47-53 defeat to Papua New Guinea in their third match at this year's Singlife Nations Cup in Singapore today (4 November).
It's a third consecutive loss for the Island side in their maiden appearance at the tournament, however Isle of Man Netball is describing it as 'an amazing effort' despite coming away empty-handed.
This result follows an opening day 61-37 defeat to Singapore on Sunday, 2 November and narrowly being beaten 39-38 by Singapore A yesterday (3 November).
The Island side return to action tomorrow (5 November) for their fourth game of the event against Malaysia which will get underway at 7am UK time.
This year is the first time the Manx Rams are taking part in the Singlife Nations Cup which is running until Saturday (8 November).
