Rouse third but Gilbert does not finish
The Quinnstheprinters.com BMW by IMR team endured a weekend of mixed fortunes at round three of the British Superbike Championships.
The Island-based outfit came away with a second podium in two rounds, as Chrissy Rouse finished third behind Keith Farmer and Joe Collier at Oulton Park, having recovered from an accident earlier in the meeting.
However Rouse's teammate in the National Superstock 1000 class, Jordan Gilbert, didn't fare so well - he had a big accident early in the race and was unable to finish.
Rouse how sits fourth in the overall standings, which are led by Billy McConnell - Gilbert slips to twelfth.
Other notable names in a star-studded field include TT stars Michael Rutter and Dan Kneen, who are eighth and fourteenth respectively.
