Miners look to build on great start

In Football - Canada Life Premier League leaders Laxey will be looking for six of the best on Saturday afternoon.

The Glen Road side has won all five games so far this season and Marown are the latest side to tackle the front-runners.

Unbeaten Peel are away to Corinthians and Champions St. George's travel to Union Mills.

Elsewhere, there's a northern derby as Ayre face Ramsey, Ramsey Youth Centre host Old Boys and St. John's welcome Rushen.

In Division Two, Douglas Athletic hope to make it eight straight victories when they travel south to Colby - they are already eight points clear at the top of the table.
