Athletics development officer says New Year's Day fell run a great way to begin 2020
The Island's athletics development officer is challenging people to start the decade in the right way.
A 5km fancy dress fell run, which is taking place at St John's at 2pm, has been branded a 'great hangover cure'.
Many take part in the traditional New Year's Day Dip in various locations around the Isle of Man.
