The Isle of Man under-18 rugby sevens team finished third at the Junior International Cup in Lisbon at the weekend.
Sunday's action began with a tough semi-final against SA Barbarians with the Manx squad going down to a 24-7 defeat.
Elliot Callow went over for a try which was converted by Luca Simmons.
The Island team then faced Agronomia in the third place play-off.
A great display saw them gain revenge for a narrow group defeat with a 21-15 victory.
Kyle Martin scored two tries with Craig Martin also crossing the line.
There were two conversions from Luca Simmons and one from Harry Swayne.
