Second gold of the tournament for Christa Cain
The Isle of Man Island Games team picked up 10 more medals on day five (16 July) of the competition in Orkney.
This now means they have been awarded 45 honours so far.
Athlete Christa Cain picked up her another gold and second medal of the competition after winning the women's 5,000m event.
Her time of 16:43.02 was more than enough to fend off any threats from the rest of the runners.
Elsewhere in athletics, Regan Corrin was also given another medal after a strong outing in the men's long jump.
After making the top step in the men's high jump on Sunday 13 July, he couldn't quite reach Faroe Islands Tórur Mortensen's distance of 7.40m with a jump of 7.29m this time around.
In the pool, the swimming team again picked up the majority of honours - five medals on Wednesday evening (16 July).
Libby Curphey, Laura Kinley, Harry Robinson and Joel Watterson won gold in the mixed 4x50m Medley Relay.
Harry Robinson was awarded two silvers, one on the men's 100m Individual Medley and another in the men's 50m Butterfly.
Joel Watterson also picked up two medals, a silver in the men's 100m Freestyle and a bronze in the men's 50m Butterfly.
In Cycling, Tyler Hannay came third in the individual road race as the top three were separated by less than a second with times of 2:19:29 in Orkney.
Meanwhile, the men's team was granted the Road Race Team Award and a second bronze medal thanks to strong performances also from Mark Horsthuis, Niall Quiggin, Callum Salisbury and Ivan Sorby.
Last but not least, archery saw a bronze medal, as Ethan Moore came third in the men's Compound Head-to-Head Knockout.
There'll be more medal opportunities on Thursday 17 July with swimming, cycling and golf among the events taking part.
Finally, the men and women football teams will have the chance to make the final today (17 July) as their respective semi-finals take place.
The men will take on Ynys Mon this evening at 5pm, with a potential final against Jersey or Bermuda.
Meanwhile, the women's side face the Western Isles as Bermuda and Gozo take place in the other semi.
