Andy Whiting hit five as Bacchas A extended their lead in the PwC Men’s Premier League on Saturday.

He was the stand-out performance for the reigning champions in a 6-1 success over the club’s B side.

Craig Leece netted the other with Sean Corlett on target for the B team.

The improving Ramsey A trounced Vikings B 6-0.

Jordan Parkinson, Juan Kermeen, Nat Smith, Billy Cain, Jan Cain and Patrick Couper-Woods were the goal-getters.

In the PwC Women’s Premier League, champions Vikings A thrashed Bacchas A 9-2.

After a close first half, Vikings took charge with trebles from Kim Carney and Katie Errock.

Georgia Foxton, Zoe Crow and Dani Coombes also found the back of the net for Vikings.

Emma Lemming and Freya Duchars scored the Bacchas’ consolations, the first goals Vikings have conceded this season.

A Karmina Kovanda hat-trick inspired Valkyrs A to a 4-0 triumph over Castletown A. Ellen Cleator grabbed the other.

Hat-tricks from Victoria Garner and Leah Crowe and strikes from Maddy Dunlop and Christina Kermeen fired Ramsey A to an 8-0 victory over Harlequins A.
