Football: 2025 Hospital Cup to begin this weekend

Prelim rounds of that and Junior Cup to take place (Fixtures: 5-6 Apr)

The 2025 editions of two cup competitions will get underway in Isle of Man football this weekend.

The preliminary stages of both the Manx Quality Sheds Hospital Cup and Ascot Hotel Junior Cup make up the majority of the schedule for Saturday's fixtures (5 Apr).

This will see 32 teams across both competitions vying for a place in the first round proper to come.

In the Hospital Cup there are several all-premier league encounters including newly-crowned premier league champions Peel heading to St Mary's in the early kick-off at 1.45pm.

Among the Division 2 competitors entering the competition this week are Braddan, Colby, Douglas & District, Douglas Royal and Malew.

Elsewhere among the Junior Cup showdowns, defending champions Ramsey host Union Mills whilst Combination One league leaders Onchan travel to Peel.
