Ravens know a win will see them secure second in the table

FC Isle of Man will learn their path into the NWCFL Div 1 South play-offs when they face Abbey Hulton United tomorrow afternoon (2 April).

This weekend sees the Ravens face their final game of the regular league season - they currently remain second in the league table.

A win for the Manx side this weekend would guarantee them that second position, and a home tie in the play-off semi-finals next week (9 April).

However, a draw or loss for FC IoM tomorrow could see them finish anywhere between second and fourth depending on other results around them.

What are the possible outcomes this weekend for FC IoM?

A second-placed finish at the end of play on Saturday would mean FC Isle of Man would have a home tie for the play-off semi-final against the team that finishes fifth.

If they end the campaign in third, they would also have a home play-off semi-final tie but against the side that finishes fourth.

However, if the Ravens are in fourth themselves by tomorrow night, they would then face an away play-off semi-final against the third-placed finisher.

FC Isle of Man cannot mathematically finish fifth.

Further details on how the play-off structure works and the potential paths for each side to the final is available on the FC IoM website.
