Cycling: Tom & Leon Mazzone back with Saint Piran for 2023

Manx cyclists enjoyed positive campaign with team this year

Manx cyclists Tom and Leon Mazzone will ride once again for the Saint Piran squad for the upcoming new season.

Both were confirmed as returning to the England-based outfit for the 2023 campaign on the team's social media pages.

Speaking to the team's official website, Tom says he's motivated, focused' and out to win races whilst enjoying the process.

Meanwhile, Leon described 2022 as a season he can be happy with, and feels Saint Piran offers the 'correct environment' to target race wins next year.

Both were part of the Saint Piran squad which finished fourth overall in the 2022 Sportsbreaks.com Tour Series back in May.

The duo also represented the Isle of Man at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in July and August.

Tom competed in the Men's Road Race event, finishing 38th overall, whilst Leon took part into the Men's Time Trial competition securing a 20th place finish.
