Tilbury says return of off-Island competition 'absolutely integral'
This year's cycling season for Manx athletes has gone 'very well' considering the disruption caused by Covid-19.
That's according to Dot Tilbury - a crucial figure in ensuring the next generation of riders have the chance to shine on the UK and international stages.
She says allowing young competitors the chance to compete off-Island remains 'absolutely integral' after that was restricted during the pandemic.
