Champions Bacchas A showed their quality once again on Saturday to take a firm grip of the PwC Mixed Premier League.

Goals from Jamie Brown (two), Karl Moore (two), Kim Carney and Jess Birch fired them to a 6-2 success over Valkyrs A at the National Sports Centre

Juan Killey and Jess Loader replied for Valkyrs.

Vikings showed real quality to see off Bacchas B 6-1 with Birch again on target, although Vikings were far too strong.

Nat Smith was the star of the show as Ramsey A put Harlequins A to the sword.

He netted five with Megan Roberts hitting a hat-trick.

They were joined on the scoresheet by Sam Moffatt and Thomas Tsitsos.

Chris Cave and Emily Middleton replied for ‘Quins.
