Concerns raised in Budget
An Onchan MHK has branded a rise in the Island's water rate as a 'stealth tax'.
It's after Manx Utilities this week announced there would be a 6.4 per cent increase in the charge.
Julie Edge is one of a group of MHKs to express concern at the move.
