Vaccine uptake amongst inmates at the Isle of Man Prison is 'slow'.

Education sessions are being held to provide information about the Covid-19 jabs.

The facility, in Jurby, is currently locked down after an outbreak of Coronavirus amongst inmates.

One wing is operating on a ‘Black’ regime meaning inmates have less time out of their cells.

Prison governor Leroy Bonnick and acting deputy governor Martin Phillips say healthcare staff are keen to engage prisoners:
