Union representative Angela Moffatt has attacked the level of proposals which would see Tynwald members contribute towards to their pensions.
A report recommends members eventually pay five per cent contributions, phased in with a starting level of three per cent.
She says it's not just what the politicians propose to pay-in which matters, but also what they get out of it - on average a pension of £15,000 per year.
