Describe 'misunderstandings' about initial plans as 'frustrating'
Developers behind the £40 million Sulby Riverside scheme say they're hopeful any 'misunderstandings' about their plans have now been cleared up.
There had been concerns the application for 200 homes, and a pub, at Ballachrink in the north of the Island would impact the salt marshes at the Poyll Dooey Nature Reserve.
Revised proposals have now been resubmitted after the initial idea was refused by planners.
