Star Fishing Company denies offence
A Scottish fishing firm will stand trial after denying breaching marine laws on the Isle of Man.
The Star Fishing Company Limited, from Oban, denies failing to submit its logbook data on 3 December last year.
The company's advocate entered a not guilty plea on behalf of the business during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
A pre-trial review will take place on 14 September.
Update: On 14 September a one-week adjournment was requested by the company's advocate. The case will return to court on 22 September.
At Douglas Courthouse on 22 September the company entered a guilty plea to a charge of fishing in Manx waters without a licence. Sentencing is due to take place on 24 October.
