Schools to reopen Island-wide from mid-June

Attendance will be on voluntary basis until September

Schools are to reopen across the Island from 15 June, on a voluntary basis.

Chief Minister Howard Quayle made the announcement at the daily media conference.

He says the move means children attending hub schools can return to their normal schools.

Mr Quayle says returning students will be a staggered process.

He also announced a number of services to be able to reopen in June, such as hairdressers and barbers, from the first of the month.
