RNLI warning to parents following Peel rescue

Lifeboat crews are urging parents to make sure their children are safe as they play in the sea this summer.

Malcolm Kelly of the RNLI says he fears a combination of good weather and school holidays could mean more youngsters getting into difficulties.

And he's warning parents it's something that can happen within minutes.
