Results due from rates reform aerial photography

MLP not convinced by gov't proposals

The results of aerial photography work - which will be used to reform rates on the Island - are now undergoing a quality review process before being presented to government.

However, the leader of the Manx Labour Party says he isn’t convinced by government’s current proposals.

The subject was one of a number of areas of concern highlighted in a written exchange between retired Tynwald veteran David Cretney and Howard Quayle, after he sacked Chris Thomas from the Council of Ministers.

Mr Cretney says it’s an area that needs more attention, and soon:
