
Scott Wilson believes many don't want young people criminalised
An Onchan commissioner says he wants to introduce a new method for dealing with anti-social behaviour in the village.
Scott Wilson believes a 'restorative justice' approach - where a panel from the community moderates alongside the victim and offender - could help young people in the long run.
The system would only deal with 'minor transgressions' but he claims it could also help alleviate some of the pressure on police.
