The latest annual report to Tynwald of the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority includes details of the salaries of the chief executive and other senior members of staff.
John Smith has now retired as top man, but when he was last on the payroll he earned £86,600 a year, an increase of £3,500 on the previous twelve months.
Senior managers take home between £50,000 and £58,000 in the water division, and between £50,000 and £72,000 at the sewerage division.
Directors of the Water and Sewerage authority receive £6,300 a year.
The report goes before Tynwald later this month.
