An effort is underway to kickstart redevelopment in the town of Ramsey.
The subject of revitalising the northern town was brought up in the House of Keys this week, including what could be done along its Quayside.
It's understood there are around 15 brownfield sites in the Ramsey area and local MHK Dr Alex Allinson says the aim will be to get various local bodies to act together.
He adds emphasis will be on brownfield sites by the harbour:
