Army parachute display team returns for Classic TT
The Red Devils Army Parachute Display Team is set to perform over Douglas Bay as part of this year's Classic TT.
On Thursday 27 August the team will descend over the capital from heights of up to 10,000 feet before performing 'pinpoint landings' onto Douglas Beach, opposite the Villa Marina.
The Red Devils have been performing for crowds around the world since 1964.
The display team is made up of serving soldiers from the Parachute Regiment.
Free to attend, Classic TT organisers say the event offers both residents and visitors the opportunity to witness one of the world's leading parachute display teams in action against the stunning backdrop of Douglas Bay.
The display will take place at 7:30pm.
