Loss of races impacts busiest period for licensed trade
Some of the Island's pubs are 'really desperate' for support following the loss of TT trade.
It's the second year in a row licensed premises have missed out on what's usually their busiest week of the year.
Business owners within the hospitality sector are calling for increased financial support from government.
Chairman of the Licensed Victuallers Association Geoff Joughin, who also owns the Albert in Douglas, says it's hard for pubs to make up for lost trade:
