Shoppers used to picking up bargain priced alcohol in the supermarket may find less temptation in stores in the Isle of Man from now on.
On Friday, Tesco became the final retailer in the Island to implement a code of practice on the responsible sale of alcohol.
It means booze will only be displayed in a designated aisle, and an end to bulk sales in other parts of the store.
There will be no advertising of alcohol deals in the windows, or in the car park.
Political member with responsibility for drugs and alcohol at the Department of Home Affairs Bill Malarkey, MHK, says now all the local supermarkets selling alcohol have agreed to the code, shoppers won't 'accidentally' come across alcoholic drinks they weren't looking for:
