Police look at immigration issues

The Isle of Man's Acting Chief Constable says the force will be monitoring the outcome of a conference in the United Kingdom about crime and immigration.

More than 35 UK forces attended the event in Manchester, organised after some high ranking officers blamed new arrivals for a rise in drink-driving and knife crime.

Mike Langdon (pictured) says he doesn't believe there's the same scale of problem here.

He says officers are involved with all communities living in the Island:
