The leader of a self-described 'futurist monarchy' says it's only a small portion of Manx people who do not take his plans seriously.
HM The Sole heads up the Moraceae organisation, and rose to local prominence for attempting to buy the Castle Mona Hotel in 2016.
The academic has been critical of government planning policy, and what he believes are evasive tactics by the building's current owner, the Sefton Group.
An auction for the Castle Mona is set for 14 May, after the latest anonymous bid to purchase it fell through last week.
