Member Stuart Hardingham believes the relationship is a 'two way street'
A Peel Commissioner says he hopes communication will improve now the businesses on Michael Street have formed a trader's association.
The local authority held a meeting with 20 representatives from the town's business community and Stuart Hardingham, who's also a trader, believes the relationship is a 'two way street'.
There was an initial meeting held in summer, during which the commissioners agreed to resolve issues including parking, new signage and art boards.
Mr Hardingham added that the new association is a positive step forward for the town's future.
