Will apply to those travelling from outside the Common Travel Area
People coming to the Isle of Man on direct flights from outside the UK now have to have their passports scanned on arrival.
Customs and Immigration have introduced the measures to make sure everyone arriving has the right to do so.
It means anyone travelling to the Island directly from anywhere outside the UK, Ireland or Crown Dependencies will have to scan their passport or their fingerprint if they have a visas.
It's said to be part of government's commitment to keep the Island safe.
