Jactor Project travels to four corners

A unique tribute to Island brothers Jacques and Torin Lakeman has travelled around the globe in the two years since they died.

Amid terrible grief, in December 2014, the boys' father Ray from Port St Mary, came up with an unusual idea to salute their lives.

He distributed hundreds of Warhammer figures to friends and well-wishers, and asked people to leave them hidden in special places on their travels.

The boys had long enjoyed collecting and painting the miniatures - so Ray named them Jactors, to reflect both sons' names.

So far they've been left in 94 countries.

Ray says the idea reflects the boys' wide knowledge and interests.
