Opportunity to make Sea Services agreement 'clearer and crisper'

Benefit to government and SPC says chief officer

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says it believes a new Sea Services User Agreement needs to be ‘clearer and crisper’.

Its chief officer has given evidence to the Select Committee of Tynwald on the Regulation of the Steam Packet Company this week.

Scott Gallacher says he believes government needs to communicate with the Steam Packet in a more ‘coherent way’.
