Baker on airport not ready for arrival last weekend

The infrastructure minister has spoken, after last weekend's charter flight from Guernsey was diverted to Manchester because Ronaldsway wasn't fully open in time.
A joint statement from government and airline Aurigny blamed a communication breakdown.
